The official Twitter of Marvel Japan has teased on Wednesday a collaboration tagged as the "villain project" between Tite Kubo's classic hit-anime "Bleach" and Marvel's original new series "Loki" through a visual reveal drawn by Bleach's creator himself. No other information were revealed as of writing.
Marvel's Loki is being distributed every Wednesday at 4:00 PM JST exclusively on DisneyPlus (Disney+).
The visual features the Men of Betrayals standing side-by-side; Loki from the Marvel film "Loki", played by English actor Tom Hiddleston, named as the God of Betrayal, and Sōsuke Aizen from the anime series "Bleach", voiced by Japanese voice actor Shou Hayami, named as the Grim Reaper of Betrayal.
(lit. translation from PASH!)
Loki is Thor's (played by: Chris Hemsworth) brother-in-law. From the jealousy of his brother Thor, who is the successor to the throne, he began to aim for the throne of his brother's hometown Asgard, and in the film "Avengers" he stood up as an enemy of Iron Man, making full use of lies and "betrayal".
On the other hand, Aizen Sōsuke, the villain who appears in the popular Japanese manga "BLEACH", is lined up with such a betrayal prince this time. Aizen made his debut as the fifth captain of the 13th Shinigami Corps, which is responsible for the protection of the Soul Society, the center of the story.
