Enki Hakari's "Skeleton Knight in Another World (Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekake-chuu)" novel series has been announced on Saturday to receive a TV anime adaptation. A promotional video and a key visual were revealed by its official TV anime Twitter account which opened today along with the announcement of its cast and staff. The premiere date will be announced on a later date.

The anime series is animated by the collaboration of Studio KAI and HORNETS with Katsumi Ono serving as the series director. The series script is composed by Takeshi Kikuchi with character designs by Tooru Imanishi and music composition by eba and Tsubasa Itou.

Ai Fairouz as Ariane
Nene Hieda as Ponta
The Skeleton Knight in Another World is a Japanese adventure and fantasy manga series written by Eki Hakari and illustrated by KeG which started its serialization as a web novel series in J-Novel Club's Overlap in 2014. It was published into individual volumes by Seven Seas Entertainment and has been collected into 9 volumes.

One day, a gamer played video games until he fell asleep…and when he woke up, he found himself in the game world–as a skeleton! Equipped with the powerful weapons and armor of his avatar but stuck with its frightening skeletal appearance, Arc has to find a place for himself in this new, fantastical land. All his hopes for a quiet life are dashed when he crosses paths with a beautiful elven warrior, setting him on a journey full of conflict and adventure.
