Its official website has also opened the same day revealing the anime's cast and staff.
The series will be animated in collaboration with Wolfsbane and Studio Flad. It will be directed by Makoto Hoshino, series scripts written by Megumi Shimizu, and character designs by Riko Watanabe.
The cast includes (left to right):

The series is based on the fantasy slice-of-life light novel series of the same title written by Zappon which was serialized in October 2017 in the "Shōsetsuka ni Nārō" website. The series is still ongoing with seven tankobon volumes as of July 1, 2020 being published by Kadokawa with illustrations by Yasumo.
A manga adaptation of the novel by Masahiro Ikeno was also serialized in Kadokawa's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine in May 2018. Kadokawa is publishing the manga with the fifth volume to be shipped on November 25.
Google Books describes the series as:
"A heroic and mighty adventurer dreams of...opening a pharmacy?
Red was once a member of the Hero's party, a powerful group destined to save the world from the evil forces of Taraxon, the Raging Demon Lord. That is, until one of his comrades kicked him out. Hoping to live the easy life on the frontier, Red's new goal is to open an apothecary. However, keeping the secret of his former life may not be as simple as he thinks. Especially when the beautiful Rit, an adventurer from his past, shows up and asks to move in with him!"
