Teaser promotional materials have been released for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Fumita Yanagida's four-panel romcom manga Tomo-chan Is a Girl!
The anime is slated to air in January 2023 and is produced by Lay-duce. Below is the teaser visual.
Protagonist Tomo Aizawa (CV: Rie Takahashi) is a tomboy who has a crush on her childhood friend Junichirou Kubota (CV: Kaito Ishikawa). However, Junichirou sees Tomo not as a woman, but as "one of the boys". This sparks Tomo's attempts for Junichirou to see her as a woman...with hilarious results.
