For this second PV, it's the six singing slimes who lead the show, not MC Yuji Sano.

A second promotional video (PV) has been released for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Shinkoshoto and Huuka Kazabana's My Isekai Life (short for My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World!).
The show is scheduled to air in July 2022 and is animated by studio REVOROOT.
The series features protagonist Yuji Sano (CV: Chiaki Kobayashi), a corporate slave who is one day summoned to a fantasy world where he becomes a Monster Tamer character class that allows him to befriend slimes. He levels up so quickly that he gains the second character class of Sage.
And for this second PV, it's the slimes introducing the story with the ending theme song, 「ごはんだヨッ!ダダダダン!!」(Romaji: Gohan da yo~! Dada Dadan!!). This is sung by the six seiyuu voicing the slimes: Hikaru Tono, Mai Kanno, Haruna Mikawa, Erisa Kuon, Nichika Ōmori, and Miharu Hanai.
