The TV anime for Tomohito Oda's Komi Can't Communicate (Romaji: Komi-san wa, Komyushō Desu) has officially released an announcement video confirming a season 2, scheduled to air in April 2022, also on Netflix.

Komi Can't Communicate (Japanese: 古見さんは、コミュ症です) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tomohito Oda. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday since May 2016. The series is licensed in North America by Viz Media.
The story focuses on Shouko Komi who struggles to make friends due to her extreme social anxiety, rendering her unable to talk on most occasions. Her first friend is Hitohito Tadano, who realizes the truth about her condition and decides to help her reach her goal of making 100 friends.
