The official website of Junction Agency has released on Friday an official statement made by Japanese voice actor Miyu Irino announcing his marriage. The post which was entitled “To Everyone Who Supports Me” relays Miyu’s sentiments and thoughts on this significant event unfolding.

Despite a very difficult situation, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of a personal matter.
I am happy to announce that I am married.
With curiosity and aspirations as driving force, I will continue to aim higher as an actor, a voice actor and an artist.
[We] look forward to working with you in the future.”
No other details were revealed as of writing.
The photo above was from an interview with the voice actor and Disney Tsum Tsum as posted by Kingdom Hearts Insider on September 2018. Miyu voiced the character Sora in the video game series "Kingdom Hearts".
Born on February 19, 1988 in Tokyo, Irino Miyu started early in his voice acting career. He is best known for his notables roles as Jinta Yadomi in Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Koshi Sugawara in Haikyuu!! franchise and Yuichiro Hyakuya in Seraph of the End. Apart from TV anime series, he also lend his voice in various video games, original video animations (OVAs), original net animations (ONAs) and animated films including the 2001 and all-time top-grossing Spirited Away (as Haku) and A Silent Voice (as Shoya Ishida) in 2016.
Voice acting was not just Miyu’s sphere of influence. He debuted as an artist under Kiramune label in 2009 with the release of his first mini album titled “Soleil”. This was followed by his first single “Faith” released in the same year. Currently, he has four (4) mini albums with two (2) singles.
FUN FACTS!
His hobbies include dancing, singing (well, that explains it) and playing soccer.
His favorite fruit is watermelon.
He is said to be good friends with fellow voice actor Mamoru Miyano. The two had worked together in Kingdom Hearts as Miyano voiced Riku in the series.
