'Golden Kamuy Season 4' releases 2nd PV, OP& ED themes for October 2022 broadcast

ALI, known for Jujutsu Kaisen's ED theme Lost in Paradise, is back with the opening theme for Golden Kamuy Season 4.

The second PV for season 4 of the TV anime Golden Kamuy has been released. It is animated by studio Brain's Base. The anime will start airing on Oct. 3, 2022.

Season 4 will begin with the fight for the gold stolen from the Ainu. Saichi Sugimoto (CV: Chikahiro Kobayashi) and Asirpa (CV: Haruka Shiraishi) reunite at Sakhalin after Kiroranke's death, now with a new lead to uncovering the truth behind the gold.


The second PV introduces the opening theme song NEVER SAY GOODBYE feat. Mummy-D by ALI. Meanwhile, the ending theme song is Subete ga Soko ni Arimasu youni by THE SPELLBOUND.

Golden Kamuy (Japanese: ゴールデンカムイ) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Satoru Noda. The story follows Saichi Sugimoto, a veteran of the early 20th century Russo-Japanese War, and his quest to find a huge fortune of gold of the Ainu people, helped by a young Ainu girl named Asirpa.


The Ainu language in the story is supervised by Hiroshi Nakagawa, an Ainu language linguist from Chiba University. The manga won the ninth Manga Taishō award in 2016.


An anime television series adaptation by Geno Studio aired with two seasons from April to December 2018. A third season aired from October to December 2020.


The series has been licensed for an English-language release by Viz Media in 2016.
