A post from the official Twitter account of Shueisha's Orange Bunko imprint has announced that Kouko Shirakawa's (白川紺子)'s light novel 「後宮の烏」(Romaji: Koukyuu no Karasu, Roughly translated English: Crow of the Inner Palace) is receiving an anime adaptation.
The series features protagonist Uhi (烏妃), a solitary Chinese princess who lives in the inner palace as a consort but does not perform sexual duties. She is instead known to take on various requests that she can grant with her inexplicable magical powers. Her fate changes when one night, Emperor Koushun pays her a visit.
