The second promotional video (PV) for the TV anime series adaptation of Nanashi's "Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatori (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro san)" manga series has been streamed by the official YouTube channel of Japanese record company King Amusement Creative on Tuesday. The anime series is scheduled to begin broadcasting on April 10.
The series is animated by Telecom Animation Film with Hirokazu Hanai serving as the series director. Taku Kishimoto is writing the scripts and Misaki Suzuki is designing the characters. The music is composed by Gin. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 10 (effective April 11) on Tokyo MX and other local channels in Japan.

Sumire Uesaka as Hayase Nagatoro
Daiki Yamashita as Naoto Hachioji
Mikako Komatsu as Maki Gamou
Aina Suzuki as Yoshi
Shiori Izawa as Sakura
The opening theme song is performed by Japanese voice actress and singer Sumire Uesaka.
The Ijiranaide, Nagatoro san series, also known as 774, is based on the Japanese web manga series written and illustrated by Nanashi which began its serialization on November 1, 2017 in Kodansha's web manga magazine Magazine Pocket. As of November 2020, the manga has been collected into 9 volumes by Kodansha under its Shonen Magazine Comics imprint.

Nagatoro is a freshman in high school who loves teasing and torturing her older male classmate! What's her motivation and why does Senpai put up with her? Does Nagatoro just want to create misery for Senpai? Or maybe she secretly likes him?
