The official Twitter for the previously-announced original television (TV) anime Build-Divide -#000000- Code has revealed on Wednesday a new key visual (KV) and a promotional video (PV) for the upcoming series. The first season of the anime is slated to air this October and the second season in April 2022 along with a trading card game launching soon.
The released promotional video features the songs of the upcoming anime. Japanese pop music duo EGOIST is performing the opening theme song titled "BANG!!!" and Japanese rock band MEMAI SIREN for ending theme song "Fukagyaku-teki na Inochi no Shouzou".
The anime series is animated by LIDEN FILMS with Yuki Komada serving as the series director. The series script is composed by Yoriko Tomita with character designs by Shinpei Tomooka. Kakegurui's Homura Kawamoto and Hikaru Muno are credited for the original work.
The first season of the anime series is scheduled to begin broadcasting in October 2021 and will be followed by a second season coming in April 2022.

In New Kyoto, a city governed by the "King," one's worth is determined by his or her strength in the Build Divide trading card game. Rumors swirl about New Kyoto and its King.
"If you defeat the King in Build Divide, any wish will be fulfilled." And in order to challenge the King, one must participate in the TCG battle known as Rebuild, and the "Key" must be completed.
Everyone has a wish they long to have fulfilled. Teruto Kurabe, a boy who vows to take down the King, and Sakura Banka, the mysterious girl who guides him, throw themselves into the Rebuild battle. With New Kyoto as the stage, the curtain rises and the battle begins for Teruto and his friends!
