The first promotional video has been released for the TV anime adaptation of fantasy light novel series Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World.
It is slated to air in January 2023 and will be animated by Geek Toys. Below is the teaser visual.
Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World (Japanese: 人間不信の冒険者たちが世界を救うようです, Romaji: Ningen Fushin no Bōkensha-tachi ga Sekai o Sukuu Yō Desu) is a Japanese light novel series written by Shinta Fuji and illustrated by Susumu Kuroi.
It began serialization online in January 2019 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō and was later acquired by Media Factory who have been publishing the series since September 2019 under their MF Books imprint.
A manga adaptation with art by Masaki Kawakami has been serialized online via Kadokawa Shoten's ComicWalker website since October 2019.
The series stars the adventurer Nick (CV: Yuusuke Kobayashi) who has been deceived by both friends and his girlfriend. But a new party with fellow cynical adventurers might be exactly what he needs to regain faith in humanity.
The first PV also features the opening theme Glorious World sung by voice actor Shun'ichi Toki, who also voices Zem in the TV anime.
